  • We are based in Atlanta and book both locally and abroad. Whether your wedding, portrait session, or event is down the street or across the ocean, we’re happy to travel for the right story. If your celebration is outside the Atlanta area, just reach out and we can talk through timing, travel, and what to expect.

  • Photos By W offers Weddings, Portraits, Events, and cinematic Videos. Each session is shaped around the people in front of the camera rather than a one-size-fits-all package.

  • Absolutely. Travel is one of our favorite parts of documenting love stories. Travel fees are customized based on your wedding location and are discussed during the consultation.

  • Our style blends timeless elegance with genuine emotion. We combine editorial-inspired portraits with authentic, documentary storytelling to create images that feel luxurious, emotional, and true to your day.

  • Absolutely. Most of our couples aren't professional models. We'll guide you naturally so you feel comfortable, confident, and connected, while also capturing genuine moments as they unfold.

  • Once you've completed the booking inquiry form, a formal proposal is sent, a signed contract, and non-refundable payment officially secure your date. Because availability is limited, dates are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Yes! Flexible payment plans are available to make investing in your photography experience simple and stress-free. Most clients choose to split their remaining balance into manageable installments leading up to their session, event, or wedding.

  • Absolutely. You can enhance any collection with popular add-ons including an engagement session, Save the Date video, or additional coverage hours. This allows you to build a photography and videography experience tailored to your wedding day and priorities.

  • Your final gallery depends on the collection you select. Bronze includes 75 professionally edited images, Gold includes 125 edited images, and Platinum includes 200 edited images. While thousands of moments may be captured throughout the day, every delivered image is carefully selected and professionally edited to ensure the highest quality.

  • Our videography collections include cinematic highlight films designed to tell the story of your wedding day. Depending on your package, you'll receive a 3-minute highlight film, a 10-minute wedding film, or a 15-minute cinematic film. Platinum collections also include a 1-minute social media highlight film that's perfect for sharing with family and friends.

  • We recommend booking as soon as you've secured your venue. Popular dates, especially spring and fall Saturdays, often book 12–18 months in advance. Once your signed contract and retainer are received, your wedding date is officially reserved on our calendar.
